2. Subscription Service

SNDNoodles operates a recurring subscription service.

By subscribing:

• You agree to recurring billing
• You authorise us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

3. Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• Charges occur on the date of sign-up and monthly thereafter
• Failed payments may result in cancellation

4. Cancellations

• You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard
• Cancellation must occur before your renewal date to avoid the next charge
• No refunds for shipped boxes

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

If a product is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence at support@sndnoodles.com.

6. Shipping

• We currently ship within the United Kingdom
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the previous month

• Chargebacks
